The client receives information such as the maximum buildable area, maximum space utilisation, positioning the object on the parcel etc.

Conceptual design

Conceptual design is the basic project documentation for making the Main Project, and it includes the shape and purpose as well as technical solutions of the building.

The Main Project

The Main Project consists of architectural, building, mechanical engineering and electro-technical project, in 1:100 ration, and is a crucial document to acquire a building permit.

The Execution Project

The Execution Project is the detailed project documentation with architectural details and technical solutions for the entire building.

Design Supervision

Design supervision is the professional management and quality control of all on site work.

Cost Statement

Cost Statement is a document of described work, materials, quantities and conditions from which and by which the work is being carried out, and require suppliers’ tenders.
